WHOLE WHEAT BREADS
Unless otherwise stated whole wheat breads are sweetened with honey, any oil is canola. Flours are stone ground wheat and unbleached, unbromated white. Salt is sea salt.

Unless otherwise stated white breads are made with unbleached, unbromated flour, canola oil, sugar, and sea salt. Most of the white breads also contain dry milk. French and Pesto French are milk free.
