An introduction
Gaffron's Sunrise Bakery is a small, family owned and operated business, started in 1982 as a way for Margie to add to the family income as well as be at home with her children. The business grew out of the family kitchen and into its own building in 1990. Daughters Rebecca and Abby contributed to the bakery's growth and moved on while son, Tobias learned to mix dough as a young teenager and is now "The Baker."

Today Margie and Toby offer a wide variety of breads (many 100% whole grain), English Muffins, pies, cakes and treats as well as soups and take-out dinner entrees. Everything is prepared from "scratch" from quality ingredients.

Once each week we email our customers who have opted to be on our e-mail list what we will be producing that week. We encourage advance orders but folks are welcome to appear and select from what we have.
